We provide refunds only for defective candles. A product may be considered defective if it meets the following criteria:

  • The candle tin is significantly dented or damaged upon arrival.

  • The candle has noticeable manufacturing defects (e.g., uneven wax or improperly placed wicks).

  • The candle has an incorrect scent or was not what you ordered.

  • The wick will not light.

To qualify for a refund, you must provide:

  1. A clear photograph or video showing the defect in the product.

  2. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Timeframe for Refunds

  • All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Requests made after this timeframe will not be eligible for refunds.

How to Submit a Refund Request

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Email us at fortuneflamescandles@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Order Number].”

  2. Include the following in your email:

    • Your name and order number.

    • A description of the defect.

    • Attached photo or video evidence of the defect.

Once we review and approve your request, we will notify you of the next steps.

Refund Process

  • If your return request is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of approval.

Non-Eligible Refunds

Refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or neglect.

  • Slight cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the functionality of the candle.

  • Change of mind after purchase.
