Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after purchase.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

Shipping Times and Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

    • USPS First-Class Mail: 2–5 business days.

    • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days.

    • Other carriers may be used for faster delivery options.

  • International Shipping:

    • Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 7–21 business days. Additional customs fees or taxes may apply.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to unforeseen delays, such as weather, holidays, or customs processing for international orders.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • We offer free shipping on orders containing 3 or more candles

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at fortuneflamescandles@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • For lost packages: We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment.

  • For damaged packages: Please see our Return and Refund policy.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.
